Alices sorrow quest - wont update after reading ann's gravestone

Playing alices sorrow quest and is asking me to find ann. Found her gravestone on a little island and read it - but won't update to say I've found her so I can't continue the quest. Anyone else havin...

    I have returned to Alice buy it won't let me tell her as it still hasn't updates to say I've 'found ann'
