I started the Sims4 App like I normally do and there the family I played last shows up and I can start the game. This time there was only the option to start a new game and I could not enter my current game anymore. Even though I saved last time I exited and on my account it shows me my playtime. Did that happen before? How can I fix it?

I've made a similar mistake before, question: did you unknowingly moved your sims 4 file outside of where it once were? because I moved it from my documents to my desktop and they create a new file and my old saving was gone.. I was so panic and delete the new sims folder, and moved my old folder back to where it belongs.. and thankGod it was restored back everything.
