Aloof/Unresponsive Caregivers in Sims 4 Still

I know there was supposed to be a fix for this late last year, correct? I'm still having an issue with it. I'll have an adult Sims who is supposed to be caring for a child and they won't interact with the child. Do we need to add a family therapy expansion? lol Okay j/k. But seriously, what can I do about this?
