ANTI THEFT ALARM in BUILD MODE is not exist

I have been long time playing THE SIMS 4. There is one thing suggestion about missing stuff when play. That is ANTI THEFT ALARM in BUILD MODE. Is anyone have same thing about it ?

    There are no burglars in the Sims 4 that's why the theft alarm/ burglar alarm is missing.

    From burglars yes but kleptomania Sims steal things like pictures and decorative things just be careful who you let in and try to learn all Sims who show up at the doors traits or just do what I do only let the Sims you know in.
