No I did not. What can I do?

@elulu8to clear origins caches make sure the app is closed then hold the Windows key + R, in the command box that opens, type %ProgramData%/Origin then click OK, after just Delete all the files and folders inside it except for LocalContent then hold the windows key + R again

I have a Mac 2016 that I just got for my birthday. Any special tricks that doesn’t involve Windows?

Open the Library folder.
You can either use the keys Command ⌘ + Shift + G or use Finder > Go > Go to Folder.
Open the Application Support folder, then open the Origin folder.
Delete the DownloadCache folder.
