All kids arms do this. with or without mods.

@LyssSimpatico Does it matter what they wear ? I can't duplicate this in my game but since I have early access to Werewolves my game is not representative.

That dress with the scarf Elsa Bjergsen wears I noticed makes it happen most. It happens with several different outfits and not everytime. Sometimes the animations are okay.
- @LyssSimpatico Did you test on a fresh save too ? Maybe folder reset ?
Yes, this happens in multiple saves. I will try a folder reset.
