Aspirations impossible to achieve because it is not working

The vet not working as it should. There used to be a vet in the clinic and they would treat pets.  That is not working. Buying the clinic can't transfer simoleons.   There are many more functions ...

Sims become almost impossible to play as so many functions do not work. Impossible to have a pet is the worst one I think
