Aspirations not updating
I've recently had a problem where activities are not recognized toward completing my aspirations. If it's an aspiration task like "Reach Level 6 in Skill", it may show up at zero and then periodically update to recognize the correct skill level. If it's an aspiration task like "Do X behavior 10 times", it is rarely recognizing the completion of the behavior.
Examples:
SORCERY & SPELLCASTING:
Reach Rank 3 / Adept -- will fluctuate between 0 and completed
Win 3 Duels -- Some duel wins are recognized and others are not, and it keeps resetting to zero.
Learn 5 Spells -- will fluctuate between 0 and completed
FREELANCE BOTANIST
Achieve Level 10 -- has remained completed
Grow a Cowplant -- has remained completed
Evolve 3 Excellent Plants -- Stuck at 3/10 despite evolving many, many plants
SWITCHING TO NEW ASPIRATION
May or may not recognize the levels I already have. As I've continued, it's recognizing them less and less often, like maybe a 10% chance it will recognize what levels I already have toward, say, Championship Rider or how much money I have toward Fabulously Wealthy.
Things I've Tried:
Sending Sims to different locations
Switching between Aspirations
Disabling all mods
Resaving the game via Save As
Repairing the game
Deleting the "Sims 4" game folder and regenerating it, then copying Save file back in
