They're already Best Friends, is there a difference between Best Friends and BFFs? If not then thank you for the help and sorry for the time.
@HellHydra117 For the Soulmate aspiration you need the interaction @JonaO703 mentioned. The other BFF is an interaction that came with High School Years.
