Bedcount in flat not saved

Hi. Something that is causing a issue is that, when building a Rental apartment or town house, each apartment has 4 beds and 4 bathroom, total 3 flats  on the lot. Setting up each apartment with 4, 4 for the config. When going to worldmenu and hovering the lot it will show 4, 4 for 2 of the apartments and 0,0 for one of them. This build is with 3 exact same interior and room design. This issue will prevent to rent it out thrue the fill-vacancy option since it shows as 0 beds and no sim will rent it. If you put in a family manually they live there ok but the rating is going down and eventually they move out. The number seems to control the bed the sim think it has no matter how many beds or bathroom there actually are on the lot.
For another rental I have it with 4 apartments and 2 bedroom and 1 bath in each, this shows up perfect in the world screen and works as intended. Since the drop down list for a lot is limited to 9 when saving and the normal residentials are limited to 8 does this limit prevent rrent-esidental from having more than 8 beds on a lot to function with the game in a intended way?

    Douldn't edit the above so here we go.
    UPDATE. The issue was happening in one of my saves, after I saved the lot to MyGalleri after edit the numbers, the error appeared. After some fiddling around and also tested my other save, a save that goes all the way back to 2016! 

    SOLUTION. After you saved it to MyGalleri, restart the game then put in the lot you saved in MyGalleri, overwriting the lot you did the save from. Then it shows as it sould in the world screen and function as intended.

    Some other related issues will also happen if you use the cheat freerealestate and then go to edit mode. All kind of wierdness might happen then.

    Solution: Enter a playable sim after you done with placing households, save/save as  and then exit and restart the game.

    Note, I do use mods but no exceptions are happening when the issue occures and no mod is touching the rental system.
