[BH] Sim cannot visit a small business on another house lot

Since the Console 2.17 update, another issue has appeared with Businesses & Hobbies when playing on Playstation 5: A Sim can't visit a small business on another Sim's house lot. The only options are...

is this when you try to travel there via map as well or just when you try from the same neighborhood ? Does the business work normally if you play those families that own them ?

Did you also test a different save to make sure it's not the save ?

Could you also add some pics ?
