How to change camera pan speed?

So I’m on PS4 and everything I’ve found is about PC and editing files, so it’s not super helpful. I’ve gone into game options, game camera, and fiddled with first person camera speed and camera speed. After turning them all the way up, I see neither affect the panning speed, when I hold circle and move the camera it’s very slow. It takes so long to pan from one side of the house to other once they’re larger. Is there a way to change this, or do console players just need to deal as usual?
