Big Issue - Sims won't socialize

Ever since the most recent update, my Sims won't socialize with one another. Example: I have a married couple with a child. They're able to talk with their daughter, but the option to socialize, hug, kiss, etc. doesn't appear for the couple. They can socialize with non-household Sims, though. No pie menu appears for Sims within the same household unless they're children. Is anyone else having this issue?
