Before opening The Sims 4 game, after it finishes loading, suddenly a black skin appears in the Menu.
I've tried turning off the mod in Settings, but it's still the same.

Since installing the most recent update PC: 1.112.481.1030, my last played family looks like she is wearing broken cc on the main menu only. I don't have mods enabled nor have I ever used cc and I last played when the grim reaper event was going on. The game loads and my save looks normal in both live mode and CAS.
This issue started today when I loaded up the game after downloading crystal creations and the comfy gamer kit.
I repaired it already however I will try deleting the cache files as well.

After deleting the recommended cache files, the visual glitching appears to be resolved. Thank you so much
CC does not show on family loaded up in main menu even when CC is enabled and game has been restarted. Restarted three times, repaired game and restarted. CC does show up in the game in live mode and in CAS. Game updated with newest update, is an issue that started immediately after. I checked a hundred times CC is for sure enabled.
Please clear your cache files.
