blank pictures

since the last update I have white pictures in all my saves (not missing in gallery as downloads rooms) as well as a continuous posting of a Notification wall full in yellow box, which  posting has been happening before the new year(appears every time I open my game and then again when the game goes into any  save game i have)

please tell me how to capture screenshots of these issues

the notification issue has been report by me 11 months ago.
