Blast from the past: Issues after game was not saved/game crashed

You can try deleting the accountDataDB.package file.

Is he in the park again and can you just re-met him ? As for the items, do you mean the time capsule or the milk cartons and simoleons ?

I deleted the package file.

However, he is not in the park.

I don't have the milk cartons in my inventory nor anything that came from the time capsule.

Are you still at the same task or did they reset ?

What happens if you start a new save game, does that let you do the search for another time capsule ?

There might also be some options on the phone to get it. Not sure

The cartons can be re-bought from build mode.

Having the same issue with week three. Tried to go see emit for a quest in the event, and he wasnt there. Tried deleting the file you suggested, and now I cant progress at all. The tasks arent even showing up...

And this is without mods/cc ?

Try restarting the game to see if they back up.

Could you also post a screenshot of the upper left corner ?

All I have are clothing mods and they worked with the event no problem.

I have the same problem. My game crashed so I couldn't save my game. I don't have any items etc. and it shows that everything is claimed and now on week 3 I'm not able to continue. I tried to uninstall the game and install it back and also tried to create a new world but nothing. I saw on some EA info that the event is connected to your EA account. I have no idea how to reset the progress. I don't have any mods/cc on my game

I dont think the screenshot feature will work? I tried and all it showed was my character in the world without the UI

I just discovered that I got the time component thingy by buying it from the mailbox! It helps me now to continue with the week 3 tasks. Hope it helps you all too
