I bought an expansion pack, cottage living, dream home decor and tiny living. They are not showing up in the game, I have undownloaded, redownloaded, repaired the game multiple times, and it is still not showing up in the game. I have tried multiple tips from online and non have worked.
check under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection if they are active.
Do not that only Cottage Living has a new world. DHD and Tiny Living do not have worlds.
crinrict thank you for replying, correct about the cottage living. So when I went into marketplace it is stating all three of the packs are deactivated. How do I activate? and also, why does this happen?
you can activate them in the pack selection. There was a bug where all newly installed packs were deactivated. It should have been fixed now though. Is your game updated and did you just buy them ?
