Bouncers Missing from Doors

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 158.63.101
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to one of the Venues that have Bouncers
What happens when the bug occurs? there is no Bouncer on the Door
What do you expect to see? A Boucer to interact with at The Rope
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The Patch before Discover University.

I am getting no Bouncers to interact with at Venues that used to have them even after waiting 5 Minutes. Therefore cannot gain access to Venue unless I change the Door for a Normal one.

@MickRonson Is this for an existing save or a new after patch one ?

A venue you created or all of them ? I have no troubles with getting one in my GF save.

This was after the patch before Discover University. They where working before then. They are the Get Famous Venues.

@MickRonson Are the bouncers the only NPCs you have issues with not showing ? Did you try a fresh save for testing purposes to see if it's related to your save or a general issue ?

Bouncers are NCP's only and other NCP's ie the Gardener is showing up.

Yes I have tried a different save and the problem is still there.

@crinrict If non played sim bouncer died, and game don't recognize that he died yet, or in the process of dying or someone else in the last lot dying which prevents people from leaving lot. Delete Door and put a new one that will spawn a new bouncer this happens every patch, on many objects that spawn npcs.
