Bring back "share promotion" and cuddling at night!

Bring back talk about promotion and cuddling at night. In Sims 3 there used to be an option to tell family and friends you got a promotion at work and there was a really cute little celebration animation after Is it possible to bring that back? Right now in Sims 4 you get a promotion at work and don't tell anyone??? Not even a spouse??? Also in Sims 3 when couples got in the bed together to go to sleep at night they would start off by cuddling and then go to sleep separately and throughout the night they would cuddle here and there very realistic is it possible to bring that back???
