my sims four game isn't letting me play its coming up with an error message every time I try enter my house hold to play

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
- What's the actual error message you're getting ?
