Go into Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > VideoCameraStates and trash the VideoCameraStates.ini file. Just tried this solution and now the 9 and 0 keys do not work at all

Really? That’s odd, the file is recreated when you relaunch your game, a very common troubleshooting step. It’s simply cleared out any stored camera angles you had. Is the folder empty or is there a new file in there? Try storing a couple of camera angles, not using the 9 key, and see if that helps.
Crin wrote a great guide here - https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2017/07/moving-objects-up-and-down-with-moveobjects-doesnt-work/ - @Bluebellflora I deleted the file and reloaded the game and the file never came back. I'll try to store some camera angles
Thank you! This worked for me and I thought it was connected to Knifty Knitting (I started having troubles when I installed it)
