Building hotkeys

so in my sims game for the past few days i have been searching everywere to figure out how to change floors when in tab mode, i dont have any hotkey selection so i came here for help, i always wanted...

I wanna say you can't because the whole point of first person view is to look through your sims eyes, therefore, if your sim can't see upstairs neither can you?

I would exit out of the first person mode, select the item upstairs or downstairs, then tab back into your sim and then they will change floors

not my sim tab mode,your supposed to be able to be in any mode and be able to press page up or down to see the next floor or floor down, for some reason it dosent work for me ,

@liimochi If you're referring to "Free cam" mode, then just point the view at the ceiling and go forward. There isn't a key to just "jump" upstairs. That's the whole point of free cam mode and first person mode.
