Business & Hobbies Pack Issue? Maybe Mod? Update Glitch? Helllppppp meeeeee :(

Hello Fellow Simmers,

I have been playing Sims 4 for about 1 year now and like to think I have a decent handle on the gameplay. I do use mods, however, my big mods are WW, Basemental D & G, and Nisa's WP (updated to latest versions). The rest of my mods are through CurseForge and updated regularly..like daily. I also have all the expansion packs and extra except the bust the dust, basement clutter, and Batuu. I was super excited for the new expansion to open a tattoo shop. I cannot get it to work. I built a tattoo shop (no residential attached), I am unable to assign lots zones (public, employee, etc), I'm unable to assign employee or owner tasks, and when I try to give "clients" tattoo's everyone says no, so far. I don't understand what is going on. When I try to assign employee or owner tasks in the overview panel, once I click on the + task button it's like the game freezes. Nothing pops up, the screen goes a bit hazy like it's opening a menu but nothing responds and I end up having to close the game and restart. Also, I play on PC (ROG Laptop).

Here's what I've tried so far:

-Updating to latest mod versions and double checking.

-Trying multiple different ways to "register my business" (phone, computer, cash register)

-Pulling a tattoo shop off the gallery.

Nothing has worked yet. So, I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same or similar issue and if anyone has some more potential solutions I could try?
