Businesses and Hobbies broke my game

Hey so business and hobbies or the update just before it also broke my game too. On PS5. NONE OF MY PURCHASED PACKS will load into the game. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the Sims4 packs and kits. I can not use any of them. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled over and over again. I've tried doing the game and then adding packs in one by one etc. I paid for business and hobbies but I can't even use it and I can't use any of my older packs either. I'm extremely upset and even more upset that it appears EA hasn't made any sort of announcement about this even though I'm finding many people across Facebook groups, tiktok and discord servers discussing that their games are also broken and packs are not loading into the game even though they say "installed". I'm on ps5 so I have no mods or cc on my game whatsoever.
