The same thing happened to me. I had to reset my sims 50 times, and it didn't work. One Sim was stuck and couldn't go to the toilet to put on tampons. However, I do have mods. But that is not what is causing the issue, since I am not the only one. However, this issue didn't break my game, just made it more annoying.
