Businesses and Hobbies lot glitch

Hi! I’ve started two businesses since having this pack and encountered the same glitch twice. I’ll run the business just fine then randomly my sims and the customers aren’t able to go anywhere. On my most recent world, I finally got it up to 4 stars yesterday.

Today, though, my sim can’t go anywhere in the building and it doesn’t say anything specific is in the way. I think it’s a routing issue, but I’ve tried restarting the game, repairing it, and recovering save files. I’ve gone to different lots then back home, and it does the same thing. It’ll also say the kiosk is inaccessible even though the business was just open an hour prior with no issues. With my other lot I had to demolish it and register my business again and I think it worked but then I lost all the progress so I haven’t been on it since.
