Bust the Dust system not Working

I played both with mods and cc, and without anything (I even started a new Sims 4 folder) and encountered several issues.

Bugs

  1. Vacuums always show the option to empty.(even when unused)
  2. After several days playing, the floor looks dirty. Probably just a visual bug because when I check it says  that is clean, sims even have the moodlets from a clean floor but it looks more and more dirty each time.
  3. Sometimes the hand vacuum does not show the option to vacuum.
  4. sometimes while cleaning the floor more dust bunnies and filth friends appear and cleaning is just impossible.
  5. The household receives random amounts of simoleons for no reason.
  6. In small houses Sims go outside to vacuum(usually they vacuum the grass)

Dust bunnies and filth friends appear too quickly. My sims have to vacuum the floor at least 3 times each day( in a 1 or 2 sim household) this makes the feature annoying and imposible to play with. 

I DO NOT WANT TO DISABLE THE FEATURE, I BOUGHT THE KIT BECAUSE OF THE FEATURE IT'S JUST NOT WORKING PROPLERLY.

    The bug forum requires a template to be filled out, and only one issue per report so I can't move your message there.

    mu sims new aspiration won't complete if put dishes in the dishwater instead of washing them in the sink

    It doesn't matter if you disable it. I noticed all these things in a save file that I disable the pack in because I didn't want it in that particular pack. The build up is so fast, the dust bunnies randomly appear and my sims are tense and miserable over a pack that I disabled. Very frustrating. Also, why doesn't my maid service reduce the dust in the house. They spend all day vacuuming, but the dust level is still high and going up while they are doing it.

    I have no mods in that save, but I do have cc.

    I've been watching streamers who don't use mods or cc get the same issue.
