Butler missing a body (only a head) What do I do?

Hello, I'm a bit baffled and I've searched the internet for answers and found nothing! My butler has no body.. I've tried firing and hiring a new one, but she just turned up with no body either, just a floating head with a cloth or cleaning utensil. It's so annoying, I've also tried testingcheats and debugging her and that didn't work, I've also repaired the game via origin.. what do I do? Is this a glitch or my game?

Maybe an issue with the uniform?
Are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
