@texxx78 Could you link me the product pages? It's sometimes difficult to find the exact configurations from product numbers, and I'd rather know for sure what you're considering than hope I got the right one.
The Predator Helios (the new model, not older ones) does get good reviews, so overall it's a great choice for the price range.
Oh sorry @puzzlezaddict , and thanks again for your kindness and availability.
Here are 3 options i have seen today and are readily available. I will need to order it during the weekend, cause i'm working from home and my old laptop died on me...

I also heard today at the forums that buying a rtx 2060 won't be noticed if i'm only playing sims... is that true?

@texxx78 If you compared the performance of a 1650 ti and a 2060 running Sims 4 in its current condition, with framerates locked at 60 and a resolution of 1920x1080, you would likely not notice any difference at all. If you wanted to play at a higher refresh rate, you would almost certainly see a difference in framerates, but your eyes would likely not be able to distinguish between them most of the time.
Future packs, or a lot of custom content, may make the game demanding enough that a 1650 ti's performance starts to dip a bit. We don't really know how the game is going to develop, and of course people add however much and whatever kinds of cc they want. The 1650 ti is right on the border of what we guess will be required for ultra settings by the time Sims 4 is out of development, but it's just a guess; I doubt even the devs working on the game know for sure at this point. Whether the much higher price is worth that futureproofing is a judgment call, and of course some of it depends on how long you want to keep this laptop.
As for the ones you linked, they're both quality laptops, similarly rated and with different strengths and weaknesses. Here are in-depth reviews of the laptops (although the Acer is a slightly different configuration) to give you an idea:
The Acer you've linked will run cooler and therefore a bit quieter than the one in the review because it has a weaker, though still perfectly fine, processor.
If your work involves graphic design or other tasks that require a heavy multi-core processor load, and feel free to list a couple if you're not sure, the CPU in the HP may be more effective. For gaming, you likely won't notice a difference in performance, and you certainly wouldn't in Sims 4. Otherwise, which one is better for you is about your personal priorities. And with the fact that the HP doesn't come with Windows pre-installed, the prices are quite similar.
Still, you may be perfectly happy with a 1000€ laptop that has a 1650 ti. If Sims 4 is the most demanding application it will ever run, you may never need anything faster, and in that case, the HP is as good an option as I saw when searching yesterday.
This one is also worth considering: it's 1,200€ and comes with Windows 10 already installed. Its 1660 ti is only a few percentage points slower than a laptop 2060.
Edit: This one has a 1660 ti and Windows 10 and is even cheaper:
