    Hello,

    I heard that Adult can't use Handheld vacuum on the floor is by Design. Adults can also use the handheld vacuum, just not on the floor. Handheld vacuum are intended to be used on the floor only by Child sims.

I'm seeing this in my game, too.  The only differences between this report and my game that I see are that I play in English and have all content released to date installed.
