    Hello.

    I heard that this is by design.  Socks conflict with skin tight pants, as LeahHowler theorized above.

the bug occurs in both old and new saves, I have never used mods or CC, I cleaned the cash and uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired the game, it happens on both male and female Sims.
