Calendar Icons and holiday options missing

My calendar is missing all the icons and holiday events (like give present, see father winter ect) from all my expansion, game, and stuff packs. All I have are from the base game. I do play with mods and considered that they might be the cause, but even when I cleared all caches, reset the app, and removed the mods, my icons are still missing. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps on the internet I can find and nothing is working. I have all the EPs, all the game packs except Batuu, and all the stuff packs except the spooky one.
