Can’t get groceries delivered.

Hello. 

I can’t use deliver groceries anymore. It is greyed out, and says “your order is already on the way” even though it has been many in-game days. I have tried replacing the fridge and resetting the fridge. I have tried repairing the game. The problem also persists when I remove all mods. 

I have never had a problem with groceries before. I think the problem is that the last time I ordered I had to exit my gaming session before the delivery person showed up. Now the game is stuck thinking this person is coming, but it’s been many days. How can I solve this?
