Can’t Make Resolution/ Child Sim Pitch Black/ Random Build Mode Pop Up

Hello, I was just playing the game and when I clicked to make a resolution, it appeared in the pie menu, however, when I clicked on the command, it did not work at all. my game is updated. I do have mods and CC, and those are updated as well to my knowledge.

I continued to play the game and my child Sim had lost his tooth and then out of nowhere, the character turned black and all of his clothes he was wearing, was changed to random clothing. I closed the game after that I just grew too frustrated.

I also noticed this tiny bug, but the building lot loading screen appeared out of nowhere during live mode gameplay for about a minute and a half. Not sure what was up with that.
