The answer is likely yes, considering the performance of the few Ryzen 5 laptop processors—you'd likely be able to play all packs together on medium settings.  But if you'd like to make sure, you can run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.  That will cover your specs as well as a range of other potential issues.
