Can I transfer pre order bonus from console to PC if I buy the pack again?
I'm not sure if it's possible but I'm curious if I could still get the bonus items for getting the pack early. specifically for growing together as I did pre order it for Xbox since I didn't have a PC at the time, I don't mind buying the pack again just would like to still have access to those items if it's at all possible.

Since purchases on console and PC are processed through different stores, any content including your preorder content, wouldn't be transferrable between those platforms. Any preorder content is going to be tied to the platform it was originally purchased on. If you're looking to re-purchase the pack again on a new platform, since it's now past the time-frame to receive those pre-order items, those items would not be included on the new platform with your purchase.
