Can not Access Royalty & Legacy World

Hello, 

I just opened the Sims 4 for the first time in a while. I came back to play the Bridgerton event, and was excited to jump in with the Legacy and Royalty pack. Everything says it is installed and owned, but when in-game, I have no access to the world that comes with the expansion pack. When I hover, it says it will open once the download is complete. When I click it, it says I own it. In the EA app, I repaired all game files. The same issue occurred. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Royalty & Legacy pack, and the same issue occurred. I started a new save file just to check, and the same issue occurred. I don't know where to go from here. I own the pack and have it installed, but I don't have access to the world at all. I play on PC and Windows 11 I believe. No CC or Mods at all.
