Can Not Access/Play Evergreen Harbor after Eco Installation

I am not able to select on any neighborhood or lot on Evergreen Harbor. The community spaces show up with blank descriptions and I am not able to access any of the lots/any part of the world. I insta...

If you use mods, try removing them and see if the issue remains.

    I took my whole mod folder out, clear cache, repaired the game, and still having the same issue. I definitely think it's the game pack.
