Can we gift games on the EA App?

I used to send a friend EP's, SP's, GP's and Kit every so often for birthdays and Xmas. It doesnt appear we can send things on this new App. Is there something Im missing or a procedure Im not doing ...

    Foolish decision on EA's part. My opinion of them has downrated of late they just seem determined to make things unpleasant.
