Can you modify exterior structural details of City Living Apartments?
In Sims 3 Bridgeport (which was the apartment expansion for Sims 3) there was a limit where you couldn't modify windows/doors/etc outside your apartment room; I was wondering if a similar restriction/challenge exists in Sims 4 City Living? I saw for sure in the video you can modify penthouses but i was curious if apartments exist in city living that are reminiscent of the "older" method, because in my humble opinion that was one of the more interesting challenges to deal with.
Also While I'm asking questions - Which Expansions/Game Packs contain elevators currently? I'm aware of City Living and the University Pack but I wondered if any others contained them?

@LeissaMyst The apartments you are referring to in Sims 4, you can't modify any of the exterior walls or windows. Everything inside your individual apartment (for the most part) can be removed and changed.
There are a couple of things in specific apartments you can't change... like some lot traits, a couple of objects in specific apartments... etc. But you can bulldoze the interior and all the interior walls will be removed so you can do it yourself. Just nothing exterior.As for elevators, I'm not 100% sure but I think they only showed up with City Living. I can't recall elevators being anywhere else in the game.
