Market Pack items missing completely in-game (CAS & Build Buy)

I purchased several market packs and have been using these items for a long time without any issues until about two weeks ago, when everything was still working normally. However, when I launched the game today, I noticed that all my market packs stopped working.
To be clear, I verified in the game's download manager that all these market packs are fully downloaded, but inside the game—whether in Build/Buy mode or CAS—none of the market pack items appear at all.
I have already tried removing all Mods, clearing the cache, and repairing the game, but none of these steps helped.

Though the problem is fixed, the Marketplace system really needs to be more reliable. I saved my game right before noticing this issue, so without rolling back to an older save, I now have to manually fix every single Sim and build that used Marketplace items😅
