Can you modify the amusement park in Copperdale?

Is there a cheat code that would allow me to modify the little amusement park in the Copperdale neighborhood?  I want to add bathrooms because there aren't any and when my sims go there for fun they always seem to end up with full bladders and the closest toilets are in the small home in the lot adjacent.  Its always fun to just run into some strange person's home and go straight to their bathroom.  If you have the "Always welcome" trait reward of course it doesn't matter but even without it by the time the homeowners come and yell at you for being inappropriate you are done and back on your way to the fun park.
