Cannot claim the Modern Photo Frame | The Lens of Imagination

I don't know if you found it already but I was having the same issue . I do have tons of CC and maybe this is the reason it doesn't show for us but this is how I found it.  Go to build mode . Go to Objects by function . From the drop down option make sure is set to All. Then under filter items select Special and check only the event rewards option. The frame shows there as both landscape and portrait options.  Hope this help
