Cannot Download or Install sims 4 holiday pack

I ordered free holiday pack and it shows in origins I have a pack to install but when I click on it nothing happens. the only option is quit or play when I load up sims 4 it says download the sims ho...

I have tried opening and closing Origin. And Restarting my computer. . Will not download. Sims 4 says origins is downloading pack but Origin will not download it. Just says its available to download still but when I click on Arrow or go in "more" like you  suggested it still will not download. Seems like it is issue with Origin.

I was wondering about that. You might try uninstalling/reinstalling Origin.

You don't loose any Sims 4 files, as they are installed in different folders. If you are concerned about this copy the Sims 4 folder to a USB key.

I've had issues with Origin in the past, and when it doesn't like downloading Game Content or updates. I uninstall/reinstall that seems to help. It's like resetting Origin.
