I did think this but then it did resolve the issue for me. I did wonder if there had been an update that caused the issues / duplicate files so removing them by doing this helped either way though for sure.
I have also found recently that my saves to the library seem to time out more quickly than they used to. It does seem to save faster, which is great if you have a small to moderately sized lot, however, if you have a large lot it can be fidgety to get it to save to the library. I have found with a large lot it most often gives the timed out message, and may or may not have saved to the library, with the message. When it's not taking I have tried various things – exit and re-enter, remove cache in-between, save with a new name or not by choosing 'overwrite', save with no sims currently living on the lot – and some other things that sometimes worked when the normal way did not. My internet connection is fast, I have no Mods/CC, I have a capable computer plus all packs, and I'm on Mac.

I also know it's not my internet. So I guess EA isn't fixing issues with the game anymore. They are just making it easier to quit all together. As it is I only build and decorate because the last several updates have made playing impossible.

No. It's in English. The message says: Timed out during upload. Please check internet connection or try again in a minute. When I wait a minute and try again, I get the same message. Every time I try to put a build on the library or the gallery.

I think this has to be an EA issue not our computer issue. It is strange that we are all having the same issue at the same time. I have been looking at the forum and it looks like this all started around the same time. I think the app and the servers are glitching horribly and the App people haven't figured it out yet or just want us to suffer and do not care that we cannot play our games that we paid lots of money to play. I am hoping the first one.

I had this happening, I ended up having to completely uninstall then create a new login on my laptop and reinstall. I asked for advice and it came back that it could be confused due to having files in more than one location but this worked anyway

Since the beginning of the year a lot of my saves in library has been X'd out and says they are corrupt but I cannot delete them because the delete button is greyed out. Sometimes my game will not save either and I lose hours of play time. Maybe my issue is related to your issue. 😊

My EA app says my internet connection is bad and try again but my internet is in "excellent" download. This has been happening to me for the last 12 months off and on. Each update seems to get worse. I have contacted my internet provider and everything is good so it has to be the app/game. I hope you get answers because maybe it can help me with all my issues I am getting too.
