Canopy of light not showing in live mode

Hello, I don't know if anyone has had the same issue as of late. I recently redesigned a Sim's bedroom in my current save and used the Canopy of Light item from High School Years, but I can't see the item in live at all. I can see them in the reflection of a mirror in the same room and they give a warm glow to the room due to their natural warm light as opposed to the other light currently in the room being a cool/neutral light. I tried with both the short and medium wall height version (my build is using short wall height) and moved their positioning in the room and house and no change was seen. I want to be able to click on the lights to adjust the colour on them but they are currently for the most part acting as if they do not exist.
