Can't access cheat bar

Since the recent update I'm unable to access the cheat bar in the game. I tested several different things - I checked if my mods were updated (they were), I uninstalled the mods, I disabled mods, I used a new save file, I made sure my keyboard was working. Nothing helped that's why I'm here. I'm playing on windows.
