@gugucis Is this happening in a Residential Rental lot? If so, are there inventory items in the Shared areas? I've seen some suggestion that there are issues around inventory in Shared parts of RRs.
regular residential lots and apartments, rentals probably as well, but i have not tried to play as a tenant yet

@gugucis Might be worth testing in a clean folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then start a new game and see if you can recreate the problem.

tried it. didn't work. i noticed that the problem starts after moving household and keeping the furniture.
suddenly the items previosly owned by my sim are not theirs anymore, andyou cant put them in sim inventory or add stuff to fridge, bookcases, chests etc.

Hi there
It seems like as the same issue that happened to me, and I found the workaround.
https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Ownership-disappears-from-objects-after-quot-Move-Household-quot/m-p/13313992#M264522
But I Do Not Have "For Rent Pack". So if you could try the workaround, would you report the result with bug report template here?
The workaround is posted in post #6.
