Can't adjust stairs, game freezes

- Stuff packs, I have: Moschino, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Vintage Glamour, Cool Kitchen Stuff, My First Pet, Perfect Patio, Movie Hangout, Bowling Night, and Romantic Garden
- Kits I have: Modern Luxe, Book Nook, Grunge Revival, Greenhouse, Bathroom Clutter, Everyday Clutter, Blooming Rooms, Industrial Loft, and Bust the Dust

- What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to simply adjust the stairs by split-leveling them with the adjustment arrows (I've attached an image for context). The stairs will not do the adjustment, I can not place them anywhere, and when I try to save/leave the game, it freezes on the SAVING processing screen. The only way I can get out/close the game is by restarting my PC.
- What do you expect to see? Screen freeze on SAVING
- Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? I have and Twisted Mexi’s Better Build/Buy Mod, and some build/buy custom content. I removed both mods, but not the custom content (yet), and the problem still persists.
