can't adopt pets
Bought the sims 4 pets and it says it is downloaded, but I can't create any pets, and I can't adopt any pets either. I have uninstalled the game and addons and reinstalled everything and it still won't work. Can anyone help. Thanks

does the rest of the pack work ? Do you have the world and everything ?
There is no Sims 4 Pets. Do you mean Cats & Dogs, or My First Pet Stuff? My First Pet Stuff just has the hamster cages in build/buy, no pets you create as part of the household.
